We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase and replaced with the correct products. We do not offer refunds on merchandise for "buyer's remorse." With the exception of damaged, defective or wrong item received, all sales are final. Orders may only be canceled if they have not been processed and pulled at the warehouse. If you receive an email from us stating that your order is "in processing", this means that the items are being or have been pulled from the shelves, boxed and loaded onto a truck to be shipped. Due to the volume of orders that are processed by our warehouses, it is simply not possible to hunt down a box from thousands of others and remove it from the queue. Please make sure that you have done adequate research on your purchase before hitting that checkout link! (Under special circumstances, at our discretion, we may cancel an order that is in processing. A restocking fee of 15% will be levied in that case. During high volume shipping times, such as November and December, this is rarely possible.) Fees: Beginning October 11th, 2019, we will following Paypal's refund policy as it relates to processing fees. They state: "In line with industry practice and according to our updated policy, we will not charge a fee to process refunds, but the fees from the original transaction will not be returned. This policy will not apply to duplicate transactions, voids, and most disputed transactions. You can review the PayPal User Agreement for more information on our return policies." For our customers, this means that if you cancel an order or request a refund, you will not receive the fees associated with the transaction as a part of the refund, which in general will amount to 3% of the amount charged.
