Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to ship out, with the exception of Onyx brand products, which may take up to two weeks to process and ship out. We do not expedite orders.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Orders are not considered "late to ship" until 10 business days have passed. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by other parties only as an estimate. W
e cannot change the shipping method or the shipping address once your order has been processed! We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability or carrier delays. For overnight delivery, please take into account the processing time AND the shipping time to get your order to you! Expedited shipping times will NOT include weekends or holidays. Please allow extra time during the December holiday period since this is the heaviest time of the year for carriers and we have noted more delays at this time.

Carrier choice: We offer UPS, FEDEX and USPS Parcel Post and Priority Mail services. We do not control the ground shipping, only expedited shipping, so we cannot guarantee which carrier will be used to ship your particular order. We only offer Ground (which may be UPS, FEDEX or USPS Parcel Post) or Expedited (UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day). 

Insurance: We give customers the option of paying for shipping insurance. If you elect not to buy insurance, we will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Please note that UPS (in our experience) has a much better track record of getting shipments to you on time and that the USPS is not as dependable. We have had lost packages and late (more than a week) packages when shipping with USPS.

Additionally, we ship to whatever address you give us on your order. If you give us a bad address, the wrong zipcode, or fail to give instructions for gated communities, and your order is returned to us, we ask that you be responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with "refused" shipments, "return to sender" shipments, or re-deliveries associated with incorrect addresses. 

We consider all packages delivered when we receive confirmation of the delivery through the shipping carrier's tracking number. Packages left for you by the carrier, which subsequently disappear from your doorstep are not our responsibility. If you doubt the safety of your neighborhood, the delivery location of your package, please take steps to protect your mail from theft or call us to request signature confirmation delivery ($4.95 charge applies).

Free Shipping offers are for standard ground shipping (carrier is our choice) inside the continental (lower 48) United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping. We do not ship large orders to PO Boxes for free. Free Shipping over $99 applies to items from one brand only (i.e. Lindys, Onyx, Maxam).

Under no circumstances do we ship to freight forwarding companies, including UPS, that ship overseas. If you wish your order to be shipped outside the United States, please use the BONGO INTERNATIONAL service for your shipping. 

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
